The Force ‘07 Girls had a great tournament this past weekend at Starfire, beating Bellevue FC 2-0 in the semifinal, and then defeating Bainbridge FC 1-0 in stoppage time of the final match to secure the victory.

The course on “football” tactics was taught by renowned soccer educator, Raymond Verheijen, on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 at “The Ninety”—Seattle Sounders FC headquarters in downtown Seattle.

The Force ‘10 Girls visited Mountain View Rehabilitation and Care Center to spend some time with the Seniors. First and foremost, we want our youth to be comfortable with people of all ages—learning how to reach out beyond their own circle.

The Force ‘10 Boys is a newly formed team this year, led by Head Coach, Lamin Sonko, and Assistant Coach, Raz Sindu. The 2019 Cascade Cup was the team’s very first tournament—ever.

The Force ‘08 Boys, led by Head Coach Tim Burrows, and Assistant Coach/Team Manager Eric Jacobson, competed in the 2019 Snohomish Invitational Tournament, although the results don’t fully indicate the success the boys had.

The Force Girls battled hard all weekend, making it to the championship game in the Premier division, and finished as Finalists after losing two players to injury during the final match.

Although our regularly-scheduled tryouts are now completed, we have a couple of roster spots available on our 2002 and 2004 Girls teams.

Our Force ‘08 Girls advanced to the Championship game of the Puget Sound Premier League’s Washington Cup Tournament with the Force ‘07 Boys advancing to the Quarterfinals, and the Force ‘06 Girls advanced into the Quarterfinals of the Washington Youth Soccer President’s Cup Tournament after a 3-2 win over Snohomish United in a tiebreaker match. The Force ‘02 Girls are still competing in the President’s Cup, currently tied for 1st in their group.
